Trust Gutter Cap Products From Suburban Wholesale & Supply

Gutter Cap Stone Coat is a low-profile mounting system with a roof granule finish that will camouflage the gutter cover into your roof line. The Gutter Cap Stone Coat panels mount under the first row of shingles or to the fascia. As leaves land on the gutter protection system cover, most of the debris is pushed off by the wind. The remainder of the debris is pushed off by the rain and falls to the ground. The rainwater adheres to the dome cover and drains into the gutter. The first-row shingle mount can be installed on roofs that ordinarily would be a challenge for other systems, such as flat, shake, and slate roofs. The combination of the fully rounded nose of the panel and the roof granule finish will handle the large volume of rainwater coming off the roof better than any other dome cover, and the combination of heavy-duty aluminum alloy construction and roof granule finish makes our cover the thickest and most durable gutter cover.

Gutter Roof is backed by a limited lifetime material warranty and a Limited lifetime warranty on material and labor. For more information on Gutter Roof or any of our products, please contact us. We love hearing from our customers.

How Gutter Cap Stone Coat Works

Gutter Cap Stone Coat is a metal dome gutter cover system. There is growing consumer awareness that metal dome systems work the best to keep leaves and other organic debris out of the gutters. The concept is simple. Debris falls on to the cover, where most of it blows off with the wind. The remainder is rinsed off with the rain. Typically, the debris falls off at the nose portion of the gutter protection, while the water through the process of water surface tension, follows the rounded contour of the nose and falls off when it reaches the straight edge in the trough system. (For more detailed information on various systems, please contact us for a copy of our free Gutter Protection report)

Most metal dome systems are constructed of thin gauge aluminum which is not strong enough to support the panels. Gutter Cap Stone Coat is constructed from thick gauge aluminum alloy which dramatically increases the durability of the panels. When you add the roof granule coating, Gutter Cap Stone Coat is the thickest gutter protection panel and extremely durable. Durability is important when the product is installed on the roof facing the worst of the weather.

We have discovered that a 7” slot in the trough is the most effective size to allow incidental debris to be flushed through the gutter system, yet still supply adequate support to guard against warping and collapsing of panels.

Gutter Cap Stone Coat’s coating of roofing granules allows it to blend in with the roof line. Gutter Cap Stone Coat looks better on the home and will maintain its camouflaged appearance for as long as you own your roof.

The roofing granules enhance the process of surface tension due to slowing down the water on the rough surface and additional surface area. We have yet to see another system which water adheres to better than our new finish. Consequently rain water flyover will be greatly minimized.

Gutter Cap Stone Coat looks better and performs more efficiently than all other gutter covers.

What are gutter covers?

Gutter covers are installed over your existing gutter as a gutter guard, to add a lip that directs rainwater into the gutter while causing debris to fall off of the gutter. These systems function on the same principle as Gutter Cap gutter protection systems, and are generally quite effective at preventing debris from entering the gutter.

Gutter covers are an effective way to prevent debris from clogging your gutters. There is one important oversight in design: gutter covers are vulnerable during heavy rain or snow melt, to simply launch water off the sides of your roof, rather than capturing the rain or meltwater in the gutter trough. That is because uncoated metal is a very smooth surface with little rolling resistance and does little to slow the water. If you’re not an engineer this may not sound like a big issue, but water escaping the gutter is exactly what you want to avoid, as it can erode your yard and damage your home’s foundation!
