Vinyl Soffit
Vinyl soffit and vertical siding
Plain vinyl soffit does double duty as soffit and as vertical siding, for a streamlined look on gables and accents.
Aluminum Soffit & Fascia
Gentek Hi-Tensile aluminum soffit & Deluxe fascia
Properly installed aluminum soffit provides ventilation and air circulation through the eaves, reducing the moisture that can rot a roof structure.
Hi-Tensile aluminum soffit
- Roll formed from commercial-grade aluminum alloy
- Corrosion-resistant layers and a thermosetting polyester coat
- 1/2" V-groove for structural integrity
- Alloy performs like a heavier gauge: 25% stronger in key tensile measurements
Deluxe fascia
- Protective poly coating with a low-luster, smooth finish
- Rinse with a garden hose to remove most dust and dirt
- Lifetime limited, non-prorated, transferable warranty
